SOURCES SOUGHT SUBMISSION NOTICE
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of performing the work described in the attachment 1, 'Draft' Statement of Work (SOW). In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The sole purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this Sources Sought. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to communicate and solicit feedback from industry on the 'Draft' version of an upcoming overseas requirement for Data Lake OFITE, including training and support services for COLOMBIA. Contractors shall provide company capabilities and pictures. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing.
Please do not provide generic capability statements, as they will add no value to this Sources Sought. The Government is seeking specific information in conjunction with the specifications of this requirement.

The technological project seeks to bring together information from structured and unstructured sources that exist in the Direction of Criminal Investigation and Dipol of the Colombian National Police. Through a model of distributed storage with a capacity of horizontal scalability, in order to correlate data and events related to the criminal actors that streamline the crimes and be displayed in graphs (networks) or by using alerts to strengthen the analysis capabilities allowing to improve response times, facilitate the work and the correlation of criminal actors carried out by criminal analysts.
