Criteria for determining the ability of the bidder or candidate.

In order to prove the personal situation, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— a statement from the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has not been judged a final verdict for committing a crime in a criminal organization, corruption, tax evasion and contributions, terrorism or punishable acts related to terrorist activities, money laundering and terrorist financing, abuse of child labor and human trafficking,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,

— a certificate from the register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that it has not been pronounced secondary penalty ban on participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for Public Private Partnership,

— a certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that it has not been pronounced secondary punishment temporary or permanent ban on performing a particular activity,

— confirmation that a final verdict has not pronounced a misdemeanor sanction — a ban on performing profession.
