When unexpected website behavior is encountered, try the following troubleshooting suggestions:
You can reset your password by accessing the "Can't access your account?" option in the "Sign in" dialog. You will receive an email that will then allow you to set a new password. In case the email is not present in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you are logged in your Assortis account and would like to reset your password you can access this option under the "My profile" section of your account and clieck on the "Change password" button.
If you are a user of a corporate account please note that also the User Administrator of your organisation can change your email address.
You can change your email address by accessing your account through the "Sign in" dialog. Under the "My Profile" section you will find the "Change email" option.
