Assortis is the one-stop-shop to facilitate your work in the international development & cooperation sector. Assortis bridges the gap among all actors involved, being it donors, contractors, experts, through a demand driven International Cooperation platform and business network to support you during all the project life cycle. We offer tailored services responding to different needs if you are an organisation or if you are a freelance consultant. We offer both free services and membership services. Check out our services and ask for a quote or book a demo with us.

We offer individual and corporate subscriptions on a yearly basis that are tailored on the basis of the specific needs of our members. Therefore we ask you to fill out the online form form a non-binding quote request if you are a freelance consultant or a member of an organisation.

You can pay for your subscription by wire transfer or by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Discover).

You can cancel your subscription by writing to info@assortis.com. The subscription period is one year (unless agreed differently with the Sales Manager), tacitly renewable for each subsequent year if no termination notice is given by our member at least 3 months before the subscription's expiration date.

The Privacy Policy of Assortis defines how the data that is collected and shared on the Assortis platform.

The Terms of Use of Assortis define the procedures regarding the access and use of any service offered by Assortis, whether free or on payment of a fee, offered to any Internet user. By accessing the Services, the Customer expressly accepts that these policy and terms apply to its relationship with Assortis.

Assortis handles all personal data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the legal obligations applicable to the processing of Personal data, being GDRP compliant. Assortis has adopted adequate measures to protect all the personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, un-authorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed. If you have the impression that your Personal data is not adequately protected or if there are indications of abuse, please write at gdpr@assortis.com.

The rights to access and use the services are exclusive and non-transferable.Your subscription cannot be shared or used by more than one person.

Deleting your Assortis account means that we’ll remove the information you’ve saved on your user account and you will no longer be able to access the account or receive alerts. If you wish to delete or deactive your account please write to info@assortis.com.
If you are a user of a corporate account please note that also the User Administrator of your organisation can deactivate your profile.

Upon signing up for an Assortis account, you will be directed to a thank you page. You should be receiving a welcome e-mail, confirming the creation of your account. If that is not the case please contact info@assortis.com. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder.

Upon accessing your account through the "Sign in" dialog you will find the details of your subscription under the "My Profile" section.

With Assortis our member organizations get timely informed on the funding opportunities and projects (tenders and grants) published from +200 donors active in the development aid sector; we also provide the related business intelligence saving time and resources during the process to collect the relevant information to bid, recruit experts and implement a contract.

Fill out the online form for a non-binding quote request or book a demo with us in order to better grasp the benefits and advantages of joining Assortis and have an overviews of the featured services. You can also register to publish vacant positions to recruit technical experts for your projects.

Normally the subscriptions are activated within the issue of the invoice for your service. Payment are due within 15 days from the invoice date.

As a user of an organisation account you can manage your email alerts by accessing your account through the "Sign in" dialog. Under the "My Profile" section you will find the "Edit my DTA preferences" option.
Please note that also the User Administrator of your organisation can manage your email preferences.

By subscribing to our Experts database service you can access the profile of more than 13.000 international and local technical experts to be recruited for your projects. The consultants registered in our database are screened for international experience in development projects and our search engine combines more than 15 criteria and open field search to make sure you find the right expertise for your needs.

By subscribing to the all inclusive package Daily Tender Alerts you will have access to a project management tool we have embedded in your Assortis account: this will allow you to do a personal follow-up of the project and share it with your colleagues.

By subscribing to our Experts database service you will access the full database of the profiles of the consultants in preview mode, to check if the expertise of the consultant is matching your need. However to be able to access the contact details of the expert and fully download the CV you shall have previously purchased some credits (where 1 credit corresponds to 1 CV). Please contact your Account Manager or write to info@assortis.com to purchase your Cv credits or for more information.

By subscribing to the all inclusive package Daily Tender Alerts you will access our market analysis featuring the top 5 international companies and 2 local companies that have similar experience in the country of the project you are interested in.

By subscribing to the all inclusive package Daily Tender Alerts you will access our Organisation database where you can check the track record experience of winning companies and collect intelligence information about their successful partnerships.

We offer a free service to post vacant positions for short or long-term assignments for specific projects. Register now and start publishing your vacancies.

The vacant position you will create will be published publicly online on our Job Posting Board and it be live until the validity date you will indicate, within a timeframe of 2 years.

By subscribing to our free service to publish vacant positions you will be suggested the top 5 most relevant international and local experts whose CV has been registered within the Assortis network.

By subscribing to Experts Database service and/or our free service to publish vacant positions, you can store every CV that you receive or find through searches on the database of experts. You can mark the candidate with different degrees of interest and update the “Status” in your relation with the expert.

Assortis offers the posibility to customize its service to integrate in the current CRM system used by a prospect member. For further information please contact your Assortis Assortis Account Manager or write to info@assortis.com

If you have the required experience, Assortis makes your professional profile directly available to internationally active companies. You can register your CV for free. Assortis offers also a paid membership to the Special Info Pack service.

You can change your login and password by accessing your account through the "Sign in" dialog. Under the "My Profile" section you will find the "Change email" and "Change password" options.

On the Assortis Job Posting Board you can find postings from contractors looking for relevant candidates for short/long-term contracts, permanent positions (in-house vacancies) etc. In order to access the details of a vacancy of interest and apply to the job you shall log into your Assortis account. Registration is free of charge. Click here to register your CV on the Assortis database and then apply for a job posting.

In order to unsubscribe from the vacancies alerts you shall write to support@assortis.com

You can update your CV by logging into your Assortis account through the "Sign in" dialog. Under the "My Profile" section you will find the "Update my CV" option.

By subscribing to the all inclusive package Special Info Pack you are timely informed as soon as a contract award or shortlist notice matching your expertise is out. You get access to the organisations’ profiles with their contact details and profile and you can directly get in touch with them.

By subscribing to the all inclusive package Special Info Pack you are timely informed as soon as a position matching your expertise is posted on our Job Posting Board. You can apply directly online from your Assortis account and send your candidature to the recruiters for the vacancies of your choice.

By subscribing to the all inclusive package Special Info Pack you can access an Organisation database counting more than 200.000 profiles of winning organisations, including their contact details, their contracts track record, their sectors/regions/donors focus etc.

Once you register your CV on the Assortis database of experts you will be able to check on your individual Assortis account how many times your CV has been previewed and downloaded over the last 3 years.

You can register your CV on the Assortis database of experts in 3 different languages: English, French, Spanish

As an experts you can Update your CV regularly to reflect the most recent professional experiences, you can also express interest on the vacancies posted on our Job Posting Board. Last you can get certified as part of the Special Info Pack all-inclusive subscription.

Web cache consists of files such as web pages or images stored on your device to reduce the amount of information that needs to be transmitted from previously visited pages, thus, it increases a website's responsiveness. Clearing your browser's cache is useful for websites with a regular update cycle.

Assortis currently supports the latest versions of the following list of web browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox;
  • Google Chrome (as well as other Chromium-based browsers.);
  • Android Browser;
  • Samsung Internet;
  • Opera;
  • Apple Safari;
  • Microsoft Edge;

When unexpected website behavior is encountered, try the following troubleshooting suggestions:

  • Make sure you are using one of the supported web browsers;
  • Check that you have not been logged out of the system;
  • Clear your browser's cache;
  • Check which account you have signed in with, in case you are using the platform with diffrent user profiles;
  • Should the issue persist, please report the matter to info@assortis.com

An error message may appear if there is an attempt to log in from another browser device while the account is already being accessed. Assortis does not allow multiple access with the same user login for security reasons. If you suspect an unauthorized attempt to log in using your credentials, it is recommended that you change your password and contact your Assortis Account manager or write to info@assortis.com

You can reset your password by accessing the "Can't access your account?" option in the "Sign in" dialog. You will receive an email that will then allow you to set a new password. In case the email is not present in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you are logged in your Assortis account and would like to reset your password you can access this option under the "My profile" section of your account and clieck on the "Change password" button.

If you are a user of a corporate account please note that also the User Administrator of your organisation can change your email address.

You can change your email address by accessing your account through the "Sign in" dialog. Under the "My Profile" section you will find the "Change email" option.
